Shaken Udder – Salted Caramel

A NEW breed of Milkshake is what Shaken Udder describe themselves and they have come a long way from the festival fields where it all started back in 2004. Over the years, this Milkshake company has grown in popularity and what was once a brand exclusive to Harvey Nichols, can now be found in many major retailers across the country.

Now, Shaken Udder have teamed up with the guys at Maldon Sea Salt to create their fourth Milkshake flavour, Salted Caramel. It’s a trend that has been one of the most popular in recent times and it’s arguably a really good choice of Milkshake flavour. Unlike other Salted Caramel products, you can’t really taste any Salt which makes you wonder if using Maldon’s prestigious name on the packaging is just a ploy to attract more customers.

Despite a salt-less taste, this Milkshake is rather thick and does have a nice, rich Caramel taste. Perhaps the only other negative to these is that a 330ml bottle is simply not enough as it’s gone before you can really savour that taste of Caramel.

Price: 50p (Tesco & Morrisons)
