Butterkist Gingerbread Popcorn

IF YOU need something to warm you up this Winter, something to snack on during those cosy nights on the sofa, then Butterkist’s Limited Edition Gingerbread Popcorn is right up there.

If you’re a fan of the crunchy, toffee flavoured, sweet treat then you’ll definitely fall in love with these, unless you’re not a fan of the heat of gingerbread of course. These don’t taste too dissimilar to Butterkist’s original popcorn, there’s a very sweet caramelised taste and that glorious soft crunch.

Luckily, these are very moreish which is good because this is one of those products that contains more flavour the more you have. At the beginning you can’t really taste the gingerbread and initially they’re quite disappointing. But as you eat more, your mouth gets more of the sweet burning sensation you’re accustomed to and that’s when it becomes really hard to put this sharing bag down. Butterkist have added a seal to their bags but it’s unlikely they’re going be needed once couples and families have got their hands on them, or even someone who’s going to dramatically fail their New Year’s Resolution.
